Shipping policy
Orders placed are generally shipped within 10 working days.
All orders are shipped via the French Postal Service (La Poste), which generally requires 2 to 3 working days for deliveries to be completed (depending on the distance the order is being shipped).
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the delivery times and deadlines indicated by the seller are not contractual. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by unexpected delays, postal service interruptions, forces of nature or by events making delivery by the seller considerably more difficult or impossible, even if specific delivery dates or delivery times have been defined in advance. Events of this type authorize the seller to postpone the delivery for the duration of the impediment or to cancel the order in whole or in part with regard to the order which has not been fulfilled due to prevention. The seller is entitled to make partial deliveries or provide partial services at any time.
The start of the delivery period defined by the seller implies the prior clarification of all technical questions. The seller's obligation to deliver presupposes the timely and full performance of the buyer's contractual obligations. The exception of non-performance of the contract remains reserved.
All packages must be opened in the presence of the delivery service. It is the customer's responsibility, in the event of failure or damage, to issue precise and detailed reservations to the carrier at the time of delivery, specifying the details of the damage on the delivery slip, in order to benefit from the insurance contracted. If the carrier refuses to stay to open the package, the package must be refused.
If these procedures are not followed, the order will not be eligible for any refund, reimbursement, or return.
