Each customer has 10 calendar days after receipt of their order to inform us if they wish to request an exchange or refund.
Custom-made orders are not accepted for return, exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received in. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):
After a return is received and our team has examined its condition and reason for refund request, we will notify you by email to confirm the receipt of the returned item as well as whether we will approve or reject your request for a refund,we receive your shipment and check its condition, we will notify you by email of the receipt of the returned item as well as our approval or rejection of your refund. Returns might be rejected if the item has been clearly damaged with intention, if the item is in perfect condition or otherwise determined to be inelligible for a refund.
If your request for a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a communicated time frame.
Items for sale (if applicable):
Any and all sale items final sale, and are therefore ineligible for refund, exchange or return.
Exchange (if applicable)
We are only claim responsibility to replace defective or items damaged during production or shipment. However, requests to exchange products ordered for another product on our site can be made to: email@example.com, where each request will be examined by our team and either accepted or rejected at our discretion.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item, and this shipping cost is non-refundable. The time a returned item will take to be received, or the time an exchanged item will take to be returned to you will depend on local postage times and distance.
